Carlo Nucita graduated with honors in law from the University of Messina in 2004.  He perfected his civil law expertise at the University of Pisa, winning the Fondazione Bonino Pulejo’s scholarship, and became a lawyer in 2007.

He is specialized in corporate law, bankruptcy law and tax law.

He holds positions of court-appointed administrator, in charge of the custody and management of criminal groups’ assets confiscated within judicial proceedings against socially dangerous subjects; he also works as trustee in bankruptcy and handles the administration of bankrupt companies for which the Italian law ordered the continuation of the business (art. 10 Legge Fallimentare).

He counsels many Public Authorities, Health Authorities and joint-stock companies when they are involved as parties in legal disputes, working as judicial and extrajudicial consultant.
