DigitalMediaLaws is pleased to announce that Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino will take part in the Fulbright Schuman Visiting Scholar Program in the coming academic year.

The Professor has been awarded a Senior Emile Noël Research Fellowship and will spend the next academic year at New York University School of Law as the only Italian in this round.

The Professor’s research will focus on how to regulate artificial intelligence on both sides of the Atlantic, but also on how to implement legally effective control of online disinformation and the spread of fake news.
