DigitalMediaLaws announces that the 55th session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), in which Prof. Avv. Giusella Finocchiaro will take part, is currently underway in New York.

In fact, the focus of the working session will be the draft of the “Model Law on the Use and Cross-border Recognition of Identity Management and Trust Services,” the model law that will allow in a cross-border context the use and recognition of digital identities and trust services internationally. The law was drafted by the Working Group IV – Electronic Commerce, under the leadership of the Professor as the Chairwoman of the group.
