World Congress of Constitutional Law – Professor Pollicino’s preliminary remarks

DigitalMediaLaws is pleased to share the preliminary remarks that Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino gave as co-Chair at the “World Congress of Constitutional Law” organised by IACL (The International Association of Constitutional Law) old last December in Johannesburg.

The speech was given on the occasion of the Workshops presented by two IACL research groups, of which the Professor is co-chairing: “Constitutions in the Age of the Internet”, and “Algorithmic State, Society, and Market – Constitutional Dimensions”.
