Professor Oreste Pollicino will join the conference “Towards a new order? The Constitutional Law after the pandemic. Second italian-american dialogue on constitutionalism in the 21st century”, held by Università di Milano, Università di Milano Bicocca, Università di Parma and the University of California, Berkeley. Professor Oreste Pollicino will take part in the discussion on “Technological transition in response to Covid”, together with other eminent speakers, as, inter alia, Ginevra Corrine Feroni, Vice President of the Italian data protection Authority, and Amnon Reichman, Visiting Associate Professor of Comparative Civil Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
