On 28 November 2022, Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino will take part in the Conference “Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the European Union. Issues of legitimation, fragmentation and unhinging of categories” organised by the University of Pisa as part of the PRIN SE.CO.R.E TECH Project “Self- and Co-regulation for Emerging Technologies: Towards a Technological Rule of Law”.

The Professor will give the opening lecture in which he will discuss the issues related to the regulation of digital platforms and the repercussions in the field of digital constitutionalism. The Conference will be chaired by Prof. Elisabetta Catelani, Research Unit Coordinator, University of Pisa, and will conclude with the remarks of Prof. Andrea Simoncini, University of Florence.
