Professor Oreste Pollicino and Professor Marco Bassini will partecipate in the module on “International and European Law” of the PhD “Diritto e Impresa” of the Università LUISS – Guido Carli. Professor Oreste Pollicino will hold a lecture on the judicial protection of fundamental rights on the Internet, while Professor Marco Bassini will focus on the issue of freedom of expression in the age of online platforms, presenting a critical overview in light of the Digital Services Act proposal.
